Saddle Soap!
Don't you have a gimp to do that for you?
Keep it in a low humidity environment, and use a gentle saddle soap/leather cleaner at least once a month. Also, when your thru using them, wipe off any sweat or ';whatever'; that may be on them before storing them. That's what I do with mine.....saddles I mean.
If your slaves and subservients aren't doing it properly then it's perfectly obvious that they are not being made to suffer enough.

You can clean fungus off of leather with bleach.
