It is actually Buckethead. He wears a KFC bucket on his head and the mask from the movie Halloween. He played guitar on tour once with Guns N' Roses but after the tour the guys from GNR said he was a very wierd person lol.
Holy crap! I just saw Buckethead last week and I am convinced he is probably the greatest living guitar player. AMAZING!!
